Bought 20kleveling but haven't received account details

Hi, today I purchased the 20kleveling guide for 37$ and I have not received the email to get access to it. I have received the receipt but not access details/instructions. Whom should I contact to fix this? This is very frustrating...

You're not the first to complain so I'm guessing the new management is not as customer-friendly as the old Markco was

Would you be able to link that email here? I really can't find it on the website. It is indeed quite ridiculous that after purchasing and not receiving the product I cannot even find a place where I can get support from. And what if I want a refund? Gah

I'm in the same predicament, is Marcko not even involved with this guide any more? I paid for it the night before last, and all I can do is go into a loop about paying for other things, instead of the supposed 'member area'. Look's like a scam to me, and I have no idea who to contact

Markco sold his name along with the site, so there is a "Markco" around but it's not the same guy.
