Hi everyone, I've wanted to sign up to this wonderful site for along time, so sorry it took me so long. I have been playing wow since before burning crusade was released I was always fortunate to have more gold than my friends yet it wasn't until half way through wrath when I discovered this wonderful mini game called "THE AH". I've became a 500k member in aug 2010 and hit 900k a few weeks before cataclysm was launched where I proceeded to throw a party in org and gave away over 500k in gold and mounts to players on my server. Happy times :) Now I have new goals new challenges and look forward to sharing stories and secrets with members in the community. Thanks all see you on the boards

Well! Hello there stranger!
I'm too from Queensland, Cairns infact.

I'm sorry if this bothers alot of you; but i'm sure there may be a few that are in the same boat as me.
I bought the guide 2 days ago, I've read it over and over! - I had absolutly NO clue on what was going on with the whole tutorial thing
What I am really here to ask is
The main steps; even if they are simple, I really don't mind, I just want to know the BASICS of the auction house. I have the appraiser under control, but going through several tabs at once really gets me confused.
I've always been sitting around 1k even since WoTLK
I would also like to know what items I should be looking at to sell/farm on the auction house that would help me atleast achieve some gold; and what items in the future should I be starting to look at which I buyout and sell for a higher price.
I always hear others' successful gold stories of how much they really own ect, and it kinda feels bad knowing that i'm FAR from them - BUT, everyone was at my stage some point in time,
so I want to know what YOU'VE done to achieve what you've achieved so far.
