I suggest doing at least the minimum number of quests to open the zone portals from SW/Org. This will make getting around much easier. At 84 the chain to open Twilight Highlands is much longer, but it's all XP and most of the quests are just travel a short distance and do something so it's all good.

Honestly couldn't tell you as it's been awhile since I touched her. Still keeping her 'pure' so I can do Uldum and TwiHi and get those numbers as well.

As a guess, I'd say between 12-14 hours total, with some of that time in dungeons. The rested really helped; didn't run out until pretty close to the end.
