So i was thinking about leveling a new toon to take on some more professions, mainly to be a worker. My current toons and professions are:
-85 Belf Paladin 509 JC/ 520 BS (can level both rapidly for gold if recommended)
-82 Belf Death Knight 525 Mining/ 525 Herb (farming character, leveled from 80 gathering only)
-81 Undead Priest 525 Alch/ 450 Enchanting (ench for DE mostly)

And the character i forgot about (was on another realm i never visit, but im xfering to my main realm)

-67 Belf rogue 370 skinning/ 350 LW

My question is; after i level my rogue to 75, what professions should i take SOLELY for making gold. Bonuses matter not because i will not be raiding at any point with this character, only making gold. My initial thought was inscription, but i haven't had a scribe since wotlk, and not sure whats profitable for them anymore.

What professions make the most on your server? I'd choose those.

Don't limit yourself to leveling to 75, get those toons to 85 (you'll make a few K in the process of leveling)
This also has the advantage that your toons will be ready for the next xpac

I started leveling my priest to unlock portals to the different zones for living xmute. I forgot how much fun it was. I plan on getting my priest to 85 just playing, and my DK by gathering (gaining 1/4 a level everytime i go out farming)

As for my rogue, ill figure out what professions later, i think ill drop skinning for tailoring or something. I dont really want to have to gather on another character than my dk, even though ill still have to gather cloth, i think its cheap enough though.

If I were you I'd check if anyone's posting LW Bloodthirsty sets on the AH. There is a good chance that no one is doing that business, or only have a few posted, in which case I'd go with LW. It's easy money, and you already have JC/Ench set up for the ore shuffle, however it wouldn't hurt to level that enchanter to 525 because making scrolls can be quite profitable too.
