I've been looking around for a while now.......and either I'm totally blind on wowcurse or there actually isn't one that allows you to continually prospect instead of clicking 10000x times to prospect.

Anyone know?

You're stuck with clicking AFAIK. Unless you get a keyboard that's capable of macros (Logitech G15 for example).

There are things you can keybind/mousescroll bind, but ultimately every action needs an action from the user.

This topic comes up every few weeks.

Blizz specifically doesn't want people to be able to mass prospect, mill or post through automation.

There are ways to accomplish this through either software or hardware but both methods contravene their Terms of Service and can open you up to punishments ranging from temporary to permanent bans if you're caught using them. Make no mistake, Blizz can detect most software solutions and be pretty accurate regarding hardware solutions. There is a common-held belief that they tend to only act on the information if they receive player complaints, but one can't really tell how accurate that belief is since they won't discuss player complaints in any real detail.

Since the process contravenes the ToS, JMTC doesn't allow in-depth discussion on this topic as it could lead some players down a path that would eventually get them banned.

As a final note, if you decide to pursue this and do manage to find a way to automate the process, you'd be well advised to not leave the process running unattended .

Yeah, you will constantly need to be at your PC while doing it. I just made a macro like this:

#showtooltip Prospecting
/cast Prospecting
/use Elementium Ore
/use Obsidium Ore

Then I keybound it to scroll-wheel up. I put a movie on my TV, and just scroll every few seconds or so.

As Whitewolf mentioned, blizz made this a manual process and are more than capable of tracking any automated methods.
