Atm i can bring in around 2k a day. Thats wheneverything sells and around 2400 every 9-10 days (Crafted Uld BoE's) I just started and ive turned 800g-6k and i still have to sell this BoE. Now im only making 14k a week at this rate and some days suck. I do the typical saronite shuffle. Cut gems etc. Buy low epic gems cut sell high. But theres only so much i can do before i flood. And it seems a average of 2k is that cap. How do you guys rake in 15k+ in 2-3days time. I CAN post 10k worth of gems dust and such up but id just flood get undercut and etc. Any ideas :[

It's definitely possible. I usually list dust in lots of 40 singles at a time, and it's usually all sold before I get the next batch DE'd. I highly doubt you could flood your market on that. Unless you're on a newly created server, you can make more on saronite shuffle than you are (assuming you can get mats for more). If you have left over mats that you don't think you'll be able to sell, perhaps put them on vellums and sell them as scrolls. These often sell for double the mats value and is a good way of eating up some enchanting mat supplies if you have a guildbank full, though server dependant of course.

Obviously theres a limit to how many of those Uld BoE's sell - basically just people who roll new toons who are good enough at the game to want to have their toons in good gear, but bad enough at the game to not have a friend who can craft for cheaper.

notall the money is coming from mats though. alot is from old gemsand new epic gem cuts and i cant post too many of those. I just dont know what else there is to buy low besides crusader orbs runed orbs sometimes chanting mats and gems then cut. I never really looked beyond this. And BoE's of course but i buy them selectively

There are a few things that instantly spring to mind.

Firstly, you recongnise that a market has a limit and it would appear from what you've said that you are posting right at your markets limit. This is a good thing and is something many people dont get.

There are really only two ways round this. Dip into another market or time your market better.

In timing your market you should look to find out when your items are bought and be there to repost so you always maintain a full presence. To avoid sitting on the AH all day and night have a think about who's buying and what they are buying for. We know its probably enchanters buffing a friends/guildies gear or people gemming up new epix. That says to me you should post just after the instance reset at 9am server (for europe) and just after people finish raiding. Be there spamming trade with your wares while your at it. I think there is a beancounter data parser on this fourm to help.

The second way is of course to enter into other markets. Grab one of these all singing all dancing spreadsheets that are knocking around input your servers numbers. This will let you know whats profitable. I suggest as your already supplying the raider try looking into other similar markets. Flasks, Leg Armour, Food, etc. If it was me I would spend some time understanding the high end food market and the enchant scrolls market.

Finally, 14k a week is a good number to be at. Auctioneering 101 is patience. Understand when your onto a good thing, keep it quiet and simply repeat what your doing gradually building up your reserves.

Have you tried weapon enchants? I've h ad pretty good luck this past week with berserking, and spellpower to staff. I'd say the next month or so should be a good time to post up high end weapon enchants as the more casual pvp'ers are starting to get the rating needed for the first tier of pvp weapons(which honestly are pretty damn good and not too terribly hard to get.

when people say 14k a week - are they referring to gross or net profit? there is a HUGE difference there.

You start with 6 and you end with 20 is what they mean. To make 14k you will probably invest a good 6k gold in mats depending on your market.

What she said. Once you've hit the limit of what your server will support for that profession, you have to move to a different market. Pulling in 5K or 10K a day is indeed possible, but it's usually a combined total from being in multiple markets simultaneously.

There's something I'm not doing right I guess... I invest around 20 to 25k / week and end up with 2k to 10k profit (depending on what I bought), (I'm mostly in buy / resell though)
